\- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) \- manage budgets, monitor ROAS, test creatives, and improve conversion rates on an ongoing basis.
\- Manage Mirana's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube \- content calendar planning, coordination with the design team for creatives, caption writing, posting, and performance tracking.
\- Brief the design team for campaign creatives, product launch assets, seasonal promotions, and social content \- provide clear creative direction tied to campaign objectives rather than open\-ended requests.
\- Manage Mirana's D2C website (miranatoys.com) \- monitor traffic, product page performance, and conversion; coordinate with the tech team for content updates, landing page changes, and promotional banners.
\- Plan and execute seasonal and event\-based campaigns \- Diwali, Children's Day, summer vacation, new product launches \- with advance budget planning and post\-campaign performance review.
\- Monitor and report weekly on key performance metrics \- ad spend, ROAS, impressions, CTR, conversions, cost per acquisition \- and share a structured report with the Sales Head.
\- Own catalogue health and listing management on Amazon \- ensure all listings are live, accurate, complete, and correctly categorised at all times.
\- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations \- listing creation and updates, keyword research and SEO optimisation for product titles and descriptions, A\+ content coordination, suppressed listing resolution, and FBA inventory monitoring.
\- Monitor inventory levels across all marketplace platforms \- flag low stock situations to the Dispatch and Warehouse teams before they result in stockouts or listing suppression.
\- Coordinate with the design team for marketplace\-specific assets \- main images, lifestyle images, infographic images, and A\+ content layouts \- per Amazon and Flipkart guidelines.
\- Manage new product launches on marketplaces \- create listings, upload assets, set up FBA shipments, run launch campaigns, and monitor early performance in the first 30 days.
\- Handle marketplace account health \- monitor seller metrics, respond to buyer messages and reviews where appropriate, and flag any policy violations or account alerts immediately.
\- 1\-3 years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing, e\-commerce operations, or marketplace management \- in a consumer goods, D2C, or e\-commerce brand.
\- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager \- ability to independently set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns without hand\-holding.
\- Hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central \- listing management, FBA operations, suppressed listing resolution, and basic keyword optimisation.
\- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets \- able to build and maintain performance trackers, catalogue trackers, and weekly reports.
\- Strong attention to detail \- a wrong price, a suppressed listing, or an out\-of\-stock SKU costs real revenue. This person notices before it becomes a problem.
