We are looking for someone hands\-on who can help us grow our marketplace and digital sales across **Amazon, Flipkart and Meta platforms**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Manage and optimize product listings on **Amazon and Flipkart**, including titles, bullet points, keywords, backend search terms, images, A\+ content coordination and catalogue hygiene.

Run and optimize **Amazon Ads**, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, keyword campaigns, auto/manual campaigns, bid optimization, search term analysis and ACOS/ROAS tracking.

Plan and execute **Meta ads** on Facebook and Instagram for brand awareness, traffic, retargeting and conversion\-led campaigns.

Track daily performance across marketplaces and ads, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, ACOS, ROAS, sales, spends and ranking movement.

Coordinate with design/content teams for listing creatives, A\+ images, videos, banners and ad assets.

Support marketplace operations including deal creation, coupons, pricing changes, inventory tracking, competitor tracking and basic account hygiene.

• *Must\-Have Skills**

Hands\-on experience with **Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads Console**.

Basic understanding of **Flipkart Seller Hub**.

Experience in running **Facebook and Instagram ads** through Meta Ads Manager.

Strong comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.

Understanding of keywords, listing SEO, campaign optimization and performance reporting.

Ability to work independently and move fast.

• *Good to Have**

Experience with FMCG, food, snacks, D2C or marketplace\-first brands.

Understanding of Amazon A\+ content, brand store, coupons, deals and listing ranking.

Basic Canva/design coordination ability.

Knowledge of quick commerce or D2C website performance marketing will be a plus.

• *What We Are Looking For**

Someone practical, sharp and execution\-oriented. We do not need only strategy — we need someone who can actually log in, fix listings, run campaigns, check numbers daily and improve performance week by week.
