We are looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented E\-Commerce Executive to manage our Flipkart seller account. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, customer support, and overall marketplace performance.
Create, update, and optimize product listings.
Handle daily order processing and dispatch tracking.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability.
Manage returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Update product pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Maintain seller account health and compliance with Flipkart policies.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Flipkart or E\-commerce operations.
Basic to advanced MS Excel skills.
Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
