• *Job Overview**

Apro Store is looking for a structured and strategic **E\-commerce Manager** to oversee, optimize, and scale our online marketplace sales operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our e\-commerce platforms, manage product listings, optimize digital ads, and lead sales strategies to maximize revenue. You will be responsible for driving overall platform growth while working directly from our facility.

• *Core Responsibilities**

· **Platform Management:** Oversee end\-to\-end operations on website and major marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

· **Listing \& SEO Optimization:** Ensure all product listings have high\-quality images, optimized titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to rank higher.

· **Sales \& Strategy Execution:** Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, promotional offers, coupons, and seasonal discounts to hit monthly sales targets.

· **Inventory \& Stock Coordination:** Monitor inventory levels tightly and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock\-outs.

· **Data Analysis \& Reporting:** Use MS Excel and analytics dashboards to track key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, ROI, and customer behavior.

· **Team Leadership:** Coordinate smoothly with graphic designers, content writers, and customer support to ensure a seamless brand experience.

• *Requirements**

· **Experience:** 1–3\+ years of proven experience as an E\-commerce Manager or Senior Specialist.

· **Technical Skills:** In\-depth knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO strategies, and digital ad management (PPC).

· **Software Skills:** Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas) and familiarity with modern tech for workflow automation.

· **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving abilities, and leadership skills.

· **Work Style:** Must be fully available to work **In\-Person** at our local workplace.
