The Marketplace \& E\-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the overall marketplace growth strategy and day\-to\-day operations for Yadasutra Ayurveda across platforms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should possess strong marketplace management expertise, performance marketing knowledge, catalogue optimization skills, and a data\-driven mindset to improve visibility, conversions, and sales performance.
- *1**. Marketplace Operations \& Account Management
- Manage and scale the brand’s presence across major marketplaces including:
- Amazon India (Seller Central)
- Flipkart
- FirstCry
- Meesho
- Other relevant and emerging marketplaces
- Handle end\-to\-end marketplace account operations, compliance, and account health metrics
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and supply teams for inventory planning and stock replenishment
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operational workflows across platforms
2\. Catalogue \& Product Listing Management
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords
- Conduct keyword research and implement marketplace SEO strategies to improve search visibility
- Maintain catalogue consistency and completeness across all marketplaces
- Manage Amazon A\+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)
- Update listings regularly for product launches, campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional activities
3\. Marketplace Advertising \& Growth
* Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns including
- Amazon Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- FirstCry promotional campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, visibility, product rankings, and conversions
- Strategize and execute offers, coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns
- Continuously improve organic rankings and conversion performance through testing and optimization
4\. Pricing, Reviews \& Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor and manage competitive pricing strategies across marketplaces
- Track customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to maintain brand reputation
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, campaigns, and market trends
- Identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and marketplace expansion possibilities
5\. Analytics \& Performance Reporting
- Analyze marketplace sales and advertising data to generate actionable insights
- Track and report key performance metrics including:
- GMV / Sales Revenue
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale)
- Conversion Rate \& Product Ranking
- Order Defect Rate (ODR) \& Account Health
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Recommend strategies to improve sales growth and marketplace efficiency
Required Skills \& Expertise
- Strong hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar marketplace platforms
- Expertise in catalogue management, product listing optimization, and marketplace SEO
- Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC / Sponsored Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently
- Understanding of D2C and e\-commerce growth strategies
- Excellent coordination, communication, and execution skills
Qualification \& Experience
- 2–5\+ years of experience in marketplace management and e\-commerce operations
- Prior experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplace accounts is mandatory
- Experience in Ayurveda, wellness, healthcare, FMCG, beauty, or mother \& baby care brands will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E\-commerce, or a related field preferred
