The E\-commerce Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, marketplace operations, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and brand visibility across House of EX sales channels including Myntra, Amazon, Blinkit, Brand Website, and Shop\-in\-Shop retail partnerships. The role requires strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to manage end\-to\-end e\-commerce operations while maximizing revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1\. E\-commerce Sales \& Business Growth
- Manage and grow sales across Myntra, Amazon, Blinkit, Website, and Shop\-in\-Shop channels.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Monitor channel\-wise performance and achieve sales targets.
- Plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
2\. Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure product visibility and ranking across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities.
- Monitor product availability and prevent stock\-outs.
- Handle marketplace compliance and operational requirements.
3\. Inventory Planning \& Management
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and seasonality.
- Plan stock replenishment to maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
- Monitor inventory ageing, dead stock, and fast\-moving products.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
4\. Vendor \& Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and packaging vendors.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service levels.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace teams and external partners.
5\. Advertising \& Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Myntra, Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Recommend promotional strategies to improve sales and visibility.
6\. Sales Analysis \& Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze product\-wise, channel\-wise, and category\-wise performance.
- Track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Present business performance reports to management.
7\. Website \& D2C Operations
- Manage House of EX website operations and product updates.
- Improve website sales conversion and customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor website analytics and customer behavior.
8\. Team Management
- Lead and manage marketplace, catalog, and operations teams.
- Set KPIs and performance goals for team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
- Build efficient operational processes.
