Kalakriti is a growing D2C and B2B brand in the ceramic and home décor space. With over three decades of manufacturing expertise and a rapidly expanding online presence, we are building a modern consumer brand focused on design, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
We are looking for a high\-ownership individual who enjoys both execution and problem\-solving and wants to grow alongside the business.
This is not a pure marketing role.
This is not a pure operations role.
You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across the website, marketing initiatives, reporting systems, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, taking ownership, and getting things done.
- *Key Responsibilities Website \& Storefront Management**
- Manage and optimize Shopify store
- Improve product listings and collections
- Enhance website user experience and navigation
- Coordinate website updates and improvements
- Work on conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Coordinate Meta and Google advertising activities
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics
- Support SEO initiatives and organic growth
- Assist in developing funnel strategies
- Coordinate influencer and content initiatives
- Track and improve customer acquisition efforts
- *Analytics \& Reporting**
- Create and maintain performance dashboards
- Monitor revenue, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS
- Generate weekly and monthly business reports
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with graphic designer, social media team, marketplace team, and external partners
- Follow up on deadlines and deliverables
- Ensure execution of planned initiatives
- Build and maintain operational trackers
- Assist in streamlining workflows and SOPs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Support business growth initiatives as required
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads

- 1–4 years preferred
- D2C, E\-commerce, Consumer Brand, or Agency experience preferred
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month(Based on experience, capability, and role fit)
This role offers a clear progression path into leadership and management responsibilities as the business scales.
