E-Commerce Manager

Key Job Responsibilities \-

• Manage the day\-to\-day operations of e\-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
• Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Work with marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are maintained.
• Manage order processing, payment systems, shipping, and returns.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage relationships with third\-party vendors, logistics partners, and marketplace platforms.
• Ensure website security, compliance, and smooth functionality by coordinating with IT and development teams.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, discounts, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e\-commerce technologies.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize profitability.
