Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced **E\-commerce Manager** with a strong background in managing **Amazon.in and Amazon.com marketplaces**. The ideal candidate will have expertise in **Amazon Ads, account management, marketplace growth strategies, and team leadership**. The role requires driving sales, optimizing advertising performance, and managing end\-to\-end marketplace operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace \& Account Management

• Manage and oversee Amazon Seller Central accounts for **Amazon India (Amazon.in)** and **Amazon USA (Amazon.com)**.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day marketplace operations, including listings, inventory, pricing, and order management.
• Monitor and maintain account health metrics and resolve marketplace\-related issues.
• Analyze competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.

Amazon Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize **Amazon PPC campaigns** (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
• Monitor key advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize sales performance through strategic optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Catalog \& Listing Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with keyword\-rich content.
• Manage product launches, variations, A\+ Content, and Brand Storefronts.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to improve product visibility and conversions.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise the marketplace operations team.
• Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure timely execution.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum **5 years of hands\-on experience** in E\-commerce Marketplace Management.
• Proven experience managing **Amazon.com and Amazon.in** accounts.
• Strong knowledge of **Amazon Seller Central** and Amazon marketplace operations.
• Hands\-on expertise in **Amazon Ads/PPC Management**.
• Experience in handling and leading a team.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of marketplace analytical tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and brands.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
