Job Description

*Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive E\-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across e\-commerce platforms.

*Key Responsibilities**

Product Management

Create, update, and maintain product listings on e\-commerce platforms and company websites.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

Order \& Inventory Management

Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
Track inventory levels and update stock availability across platforms.
Resolve issues related to stock discrepancies and order fulfillment.

Marketplace Operations

Manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and compliance requirements.
Handle product catalog updates and promotional campaigns.

Customer Support Coordination

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests.
Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback.

Reporting \& Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and customer behavior.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Promotions \& Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign implementation.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.

*Required Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in e\-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
