E-commerce Operations Manager - Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to help expand Custom Elements by onboarding and managing overseas suppliers, setting up products on our website, and supporting product promotion activities. You will work directly with the founders and gain hands\-on experience in international sourcing, e\-commerce operations, and digital growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier \& Brand Onboarding

• Identify and coordinate with international brands and suppliers.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining relationships.
• Follow up on product catalogs, pricing, images, specifications, and commercial terms.
• Maintain supplier databases and documentation.

E\-Commerce Operations

• Create and manage product listings on the Custom Elements website.
• Upload product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
• Organize product categories, attributes, and collections.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.

Product Growth \& Promotion

• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch and promote new products.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns, product announcements, and launch plans.
• Support social media, email marketing, and marketplace promotions.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Business Operations

• Track onboarding progress of brands and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.

Who Should Apply?

• Students or recent graduates interested in E\-commerce, Marketing, Operations, or International Business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail\-oriented and willing to take ownership.
• Passion for motorcycles, automotive products, or e\-commerce is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate

• BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
