E-commerce Operations Manager

What You Will Own / Job Responsibilities

• *1\. Marketplaces:** End\-to\-end ownership of marketplaces, including catalog, claims management, and growth levers.

• *2\. D2C Website Operations:** Logistics partners, customer issues, software integrations for shipment tracking, returns management etc.

• *3\. OMS \+ WMS Software:** Own the Unicommerce integration, ensure that the software is being used effectively across teams like warehousing, merchandising etc.

• *4\. Data Reports:** Generate data reports for various functions like return tracking, royalty reports, inventory ledger etc.

5\. There will be a team of 3 ecommerce executives to support you in these operations.

What We’re Looking For / Job Requirements

• *1\. Experience:** Minimum 4\-6 years of operational experience in ecommerce.

2\. **Unicommerce:** End\-to\-end understanding of OMS and WMS capabilities of Unicommerce or a similar software \- Cataloging, GRN, order processing, inventory reconciliations, channel integrations, shipping integrations etc.

3\. **Marketplaces:** Should have experience working with marketplaces and understand various functions like cataloging, SPF claims, invoice reconciliations etc.

4\. **Data Analytics:** Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is a must, including pivots, v\-lookups, filtering, sorting etc.

5\. **Goal Oriented:** Setting quarterly goals and working towards them, comfortable filling gaps and getting your hands dirty when needed to make sure that the goals are met.

6\. **Communication Skills \& Relationship Management:** Should be able to manage third\-party partner relations, and effectively drive internal business objectives while balancing partners’ requirements. English proficiency is required.

Nice To Have

• **Warehousing:** Should understand warehousing processes like picking, packing, storage, return management etc.
• **Logistics:** Should have experience working with third\-party logistics partners and understand various functions like NDR escalations, invoice reconciliations etc.
• **Shopify:** Experience with Shopify.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,100,000\.00 per year
