We are seeking a results\-driven E\-commerce \& Quick\-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels, optimize customer experience, and drive revenue across D2C websites and marketplace platforms through strategic planning, data\-driven decision\-making, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities in this role: \-
1\) Advertising and Marketing
- Participate in event or deals, promotion, deal of the days, Researching on effective’s keywords
- Managed and optimized Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Improved campaign performance by reducing ACOS and increasing ROAS through keyword optimization and bid adjustments
- Conducted keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and sales performance
- Monitored daily ad spend, campaign metrics, and performance reports using Amazon Advertising Console
- Increased organic ranking and conversion rates through strategic PPC and listing optimization
- Analyzed campaign data using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Coordinated with cross\-functional teams to launch promotional campaigns and seasonal advertising strategies
- Managed budget allocation and ensured maximum ROI across multiple product categories
2\) Operational and Strategic task
- Analyzing data and identifying ways to optimize performance and improve conversions, customer reach, brand visibility, and other key metrics
- Identifying and implementing the latest tools and techniques to improve and streamline SOPs
- Developing strategies for brand visibility with the support of respective channel category managers across all e\-commerce platforms
- Coordinating with the warehouse team for order and PO processing, and with the logistics team for dispatch, delivery, receiving, and pickups
- Scheduling appointments and creating consignments according to vehicle availability, stock, storage space, and suitable dates
- Ensuring stock movement as per schedule with the correct products, invoices, and quantities according to PO requirements
- Coordinating with marketplace account managers regarding POs, quantities, consignments, recalls, storage space, and cancellation of appointments or consignments
- Sharing new product arrivals, creatives, and deals, and discussing visibility strategies with account managers
- Managing returns, RTO (Return to Origin), and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes
3\) Seller Account/ Portal Management
- Checking and updating active, inactive, and suppressed listings, including A\+ content, video uploads, image uploads, and content optimization
- Managing discounts and pricing according to deals, events, promotions, and product visibility strategies
- Following up on and resolving various queries related to claims, stock reflection issues, returns, deliveries, pickups, product non\-receipt, payments, and appointments
- Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
4\) Inventory Management
- Inventory allocation and stock planning across multiple marketplaces
- Forecasting for events and seasonal sales such as BBD, Great Indian Festival, and EORS
- Identifying stuck inventory, shortages, excess stock, and top\-selling products, and taking necessary actions accordingly
- Ensuring accurate inventory syncing across all marketplaces with physical warehouse stock
- Monitoring inventory aging and maintaining optimum stock levels to avoid stock\-outs and overstocking
- Coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams for timely replenishment and smooth inventory flow
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
