We are hiring an **Executive Assistant to Director** to provide high\-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communication, documentation, and follow\-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders. Candidate should be presentable, proactive, and strong in coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and meeting scheduling
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOM, and required documentation
Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Operations for regular follow\-ups
Coordinate with vendors, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders
Maintain confidential files, reports, and important business records
Track pending tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely closure
Assist in day\-to\-day business coordination and management reporting
Organize meetings and maintain meeting records
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / BBA preferred)
**3–6 years of experience** as an EA to Director / Senior Management
Strong verbal and written communication in **English \& Hindi**
Good knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint \& Email Drafting**
Good follow\-up, coordination, and documentation skills
Experience in manufacturing /FMCG industry will be preferred
