As an EDP Billing Executive within our automobile dealership, you will manage the end-to-end vehicle billing process to ensure precision and timeliness. duties encompass preparing sales invoices and all related billing documents, verifying customer, vehicle, finance, and insurance information, and maintaining accurate records in our DMS/ERP system. You will safeguard billing accuracy and GST compliance, generate daily sales reports, and coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and Registration teams to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in Commerce or a related field, possesses working knowledge of DMS/ERP software and advanced MS Excel, and demonstrates strong data management capabilities and clear communication skills.
