It is equal parts growth driver and operations owner, working shoulder\-to\-shoulder with the Founders.

₹4\.2–5\.4 LPA fixed \+ performance incentives \+ travel allowance (total earning potential ₹5\.5–6\.5 LPA)

What Your Week Looks Like
- **Drive admission teams, daily.** Run structured morning review calls with school admission counsellors — track enquiries, walk\-ins and conversions, coach them on follow\-ups, and keep every funnel moving online on our trackers.
- **Present to colleges.** Deliver engaging demos of Ignify Careers to college leadership and placement teams — and onboard colleges, students and career coaches onto the platform.
- **Sell and support preschool launches.** Pitch the Ignify Pre School model to aspiring founders, walk them from enquiry to signing, then coordinate their set\-up — and train pre\-primary teachers on the Nurture360™ curriculum.
- **Own the operations.** Keep school set\-up and preschool projects on milestones, coordinate vendor onboarding, maintain daily reports, and make sure every client's first 90 days are excellent.
Who You Are
- **A teaching background is essential** — you understand classrooms and can confidently train pre\-primary teachers.
- Experience as an admission counsellor, academic coordinator or education sales professional is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; comfortable with sales targets alongside delivery quality.
- An energetic communicator — on calls, in demos and in person; fluent English and Hindi (Marathi a plus).
- Organised and self\-driven; able to run multiple projects without being chased.
- Based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally, with occasional outstation trips.
