The Role
As an Admissions Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. You will be responsible for guiding them through our programs, understanding their career goals, and ultimately driving enrollments. Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Promptly call and engage with incoming leads generated through Meta campaigns and our CRM system.
Consistent Follow\-ups: Nurture relationships with interested students through regular, structured follow\-up calls to guide them through the enrollment process.
Target Achievement: Successfully close a minimum of 5 admissions per month.
Counseling \& Guidance: Clearly explain academy programs, course structures, and career prospects in aviation to prospective students and their parents.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date daily records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in counseling, tele\-sales, or admissions.
Language Skills: Absolute fluency in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Attitude: Hardworking, highly motivated by targets, and eager to learn the nuances of the aviation education industry.
Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, managing digital leads, and standard office applications.
Compensation \& Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Lucrative Incentives: 3% incentive per successful admission (averaging ₹6,000 to ₹7,500 per admission, yielding immense earning potential).
