Electrical & Electronic Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer\-focused Electrical \& Electronic Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after\-sales service support for industrial electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to provide prompt service support to customers.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description

• Install, commission, and test electrical and electronic equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults.
• Provide timely technical support and service assistance to customers.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, repairs, and equipment evaluations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and service scheduling.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and visit reports.
• Ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction through effective service support.
• Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service activities and updates.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards during service operations.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Service Engineering.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical \& Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and service assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
