• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Plant Maintenance:** Handle daily operation, upkeep, and preventive/breakdown maintenance of ground\-mounted or rooftop solar power plants.
• **Electrical Troubleshooting:** Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical components including Inverters (central/string), Transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgears, and cabling.
• **Monitoring \& Performance:** Track daily generation data, monitor plant PR (Performance Ratio), and report anomalies or generation losses promptly.
• **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and statutory electrical regulations on site.
• **Module \& Equipment Upkeep:** Coordinate periodic panel cleaning schedules, thermography checks, and routine health assessments of strings and trackers.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• **Qualification:** Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• **Experience:** Hands\-on experience in Solar Power Plant Operation \& Maintenance is mandatory.
