*Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Engineer to execute electrical works at our project sites. The ideal candidate should be a diploma\-holder in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of hands\-on experience in site execution and project supervision. This role requires a self\-driven professional who can independently manage site operations with minimal support from the head office.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Oversee and execute electrical and associated works at project sites.
Independently manage site activities, workforce coordination, and daily progress.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities as required.
Monitor project timelines, material usage, and quality of work.
Troubleshoot on\-site electrical issues and implement practical solutions.

*Required Qualifications:**

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical site execution, preferably in external electrical infrastructure, utilities, or similar projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
Ability to independently manage project sites with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as required.
Good problem\-solving, coordination, and decision\-making skills.

*Preferred Skills:**

Experience managing teams and subcontractors at site.
Familiarity with project drawings, BOQs, and execution planning.
Basic knowledge of project reporting and documentation.

Candidate must be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in field conditions.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
