Electrical Operations Engineer

• Develop and maintain electrical systems as per client specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Provide onsite operational and technical support.
• Develop maintenance strategies and monitor system performance.
• Manage electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop new business through direct industrial visits, referrals, social media, email, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow\-ups, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and e\-tenders for electrical, BMS, networking, and related projects.
• Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry and negotiation through order generation, billing, and payment and achieve business target set by the company from time to time.
• Identify new projects and generate business opportunities across various sales verticals.

Educational Requirements: Electrical ITI / Electrical Diploma / Electrical Degree
