Trainee Electrical Engineer

• Develop new business through direct industrial visits, referrals, social media, email, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow\-ups, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and e\-tenders for electrical, BMS, networking, and related projects.
• Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry and negotiation through order generation, billing, and payment and achieve business targets set by the company from time to time.
• Identify new projects and generate business opportunities across various sales verticals.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
• Manage onsite operations and manpower while providing technical support to the site team.
• Design, install, test, commission, and maintain electrical systems as per client requirements.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and workplace procedures.

Pay: ₹141,000\.00 \- ₹406,000\.00 per year
