Job Title: Electronics HOD (Head of Department)

\- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech EEE) or equivalent.
\- Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electronics HOD to lead our Electronics Department. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in electronics assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and industrial automation components.
\- Lead and manage the Electronics Department and technical team.
\- Oversee PCB assembly, testing, debugging, and quality control activities.
\- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits and control systems.
\- Handle electronics wiring, panel wiring, and machine electrical integration.
\- Work with servo motors, stepper motors, sensors, drives, and related automation components.
\- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for project execution.
\- Ensure timely completion of development, testing, and service activities.
\- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
\- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
\- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
\- Experience in electronics wiring and electrical control systems.
\- Hands\-on experience with servo motors, stepper motors, sensors, encoders, and industrial automation components.
\- Ability to analyze and resolve field\-related technical issues.
\- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
\- Experience in textile machinery, textile testing equipment, or textile automation machinery will be an added advantage.
\- Exposure to machine commissioning and customer support activities is desirable.
