We are hiring: Product Innovation Engineer (0–2 yrs) — Instrumentation / Electronics

Join our R\&D and sourcing team to identify, validate, and source innovative products in the oral‑care category. You will perform product evaluation and QC, coordinate with suppliers, and travel to global markets to discover new solutions. Ideal candidates are instrumentation or electronics engineers with strong hands‑on testing skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate oral‑care products and components across global markets.
• Perform product quality checks, functional testing, and failure analysis.
• Prepare clear test reports, technical specifications, and improvement recommendations.
• Work with suppliers on samples, prototypes, and production readiness.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (design, operations, compliance, marketing).
• Travel domestically and internationally for market visits and supplier audits.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in product testing, QC, or R\&D.
• Hands‑on with measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope), basic lab testing, and sample evaluation.
• Strong problem‑solving, technical documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and market visits.
• Passion for consumer products and oral‑care innovation is a plus.
