Socialsect is hiring an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage cold outreach and outbound lead generation for international clients across healthcare, consulting, SaaS, and high\-ticket service industries.
This is not a basic bulk\-emailing role.
We are looking for someone who understands personalization, deliverability, prospect psychology, and how to generate real business conversations through outbound systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage cold email campaigns
- Write personalized outreach emails
- Research prospects and target industries
- Manage lead lists and campaign performance
- Handle inbox management and deliverability basics
- Work with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Optimize reply rates and meeting conversions
- Coordinate with internal sales and strategy team
Requirements
- Prior experience in cold email marketing or lead generation
- Strong English communication skills
- Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation, and deliverability
- Experience with outbound tools and workflows
- Strong research and personalization skills
- Self\-driven and execution\-focused
- Comfortable working from office
Preferred
- Experience targeting US/UK markets
- Experience working with agencies or B2B companies
- LinkedIn outreach experience is a plus
- Understanding of AI tools for outreach workflows
