Manage targeted B2B email outreach campaigns, improve campaign performance and generate business opportunities through effective prospecting and follow\-ups.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Create personalized and segmented cold email campaigns.
• Set up automated email sequences and follow\-up workflows.
• Manage sending inboxes, domains and campaign infrastructure.
• Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, replies and sender reputation.
• Optimize subject lines, messaging, targeting and CTAs.
• Maintain unsubscribe, exclusion and suppression lists.

• *Requirements:**

• At least 1 year of professional B2B Email Lead Generation experience.
• Hands\-on experience running cold email campaigns.
• Knowledge of email outreach platforms and prospecting tools.
• Understanding of deliverability and privacy compliance.
• Ability to share campaign metrics and measurable results.
