Email & Voice Support Executive

Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our International Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer interactions through both voice and email channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Thane for convenient commuting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer interactions via calls and emails
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met
• Provide a positive customer experience at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
• Previous customer service or BPO experience preferred

• Process: International Customer Service (Voice \& Email)
• Working Days: 5 Days Working / DAY Shift
• Work Mode: Hybrid \+ Office
• Weekly Offs: Rotational
• Shift Timing: Between 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM
• Location: Sunrise Business Park, 8th Floor, 801 ,Wagle Estate, Thane West – 400604
