Embroidery Puncher

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **Embroidery Puncher** who can convert artwork and design concepts into accurate embroidery machine\-ready files. The candidate should have good knowledge of embroidery digitizing software, stitch techniques, and fabric compatibility.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Convert artwork, sketches, and design references into embroidery punch files using digitizing software.
• Create embroidery designs for ethnic wear, dress materials, kurtis, and other textile products.
• Work with software such as **Adobe**, **Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, or similar embroidery digitizing tools**.
• Adjust stitch density, direction, underlay, and sequencing to ensure high\-quality embroidery.
• Develop designs suitable for different fabrics, threads, and embroidery machines.
• Coordinate with textile designers and the production team to understand design requirements.
• Modify existing embroidery designs according to customer requirements and production feedback.
• Conduct sample checks and make necessary corrections before bulk production.
• Optimize embroidery designs to minimize thread wastage, machine running time, and production errors.
• Maintain proper records and backups of embroidery design files.
• Ensure timely completion of punching assignments according to production schedules.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of embroidery punching and digitizing techniques.
• Proficiency in Wilcom or other embroidery digitizing software.
• Understanding of stitch types, thread density, trims, and embroidery sequencing.
• Knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes.
• Ability to interpret artwork and convert it into production\-ready embroidery designs.
• Good attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the design team.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

• **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in Textile Designing or relevant field.
• **Experience:** 2\+ years in embroidery punching or digitizing, preferably in the textile or garment industry.
• Candidates with experience in women's ethnic wear and dress materials will be preferred.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• Accuracy and quality of embroidery punch files.
• Timely completion of assigned designs.
• Minimum sampling errors and design rework.
• Efficient stitch optimization and reduced production wastage.
• Coordination with the design and production teams.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
