About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager with deep hands\-on experience in Node.js, Python, and AI\-driven backend systems. This role combines strong technical expertise with people leadership — driving innovation, scalability, and intelligent automation across projects. The ideal candidate will lead high\-performing teams to build smart, data\-driven, and high performance platforms using modern frameworks and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

*Provide continuous technical leadership, participate in architectural design discussions, and ensure adherence to best coding and quality standards.**

Lead multiple backend teams through the entire SDLC with ownership of delivery scope, timelines, and quality.

*Architect, design, and optimize backend solutions built on Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), microservices, and AI\-enabled systems.**

Integrate AI and machine learning models into products to improve decision\-making, automation, and performance.

*Drive Agile best practices — sprint planning, retrospectives, and transparent communication with stakeholders.**

Manage project progress, risks, and deliverables using structured reporting and modern DevOps tools.
