Job Description

Identify and develop **new business opportunities** from government programs, IPP developers, and international tenders.
Conduct market analysis including **project feasibility, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements**.
Lead and manage the **end\-to\-end tendering process**, including prequalification, proposal preparation, and bid submission.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance) to develop **technical and commercial proposals**.
Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, government stakeholders, and industry partners**.
Lead **contract negotiations** and support commercial structuring of EPC agreements.
Establish and manage **strategic partnerships and consortiums** with OEMs, contractors, and financial institutions.
Support development of **pricing strategies, cost structures, and risk allocation frameworks**.
Maintain and track a robust **project pipeline**, including reporting on bid status and market insights.
