As The ERP Dynamics 365 F\&O and Power BI Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering end‑to‑end projects that implement and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations and Power BI solutions. The role coordinates business, IT, and vendors/partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and that solutions drive measurable business value.
The role will be part of the global IT team. Global Digital and IT Service is responsible to provide IT services and large programs, projects to support business strategy. The role is within the business transformation that is responsible for enterprise applications and large\-scale transformation programs both in Digital and IT. The role reports to the Director Business Transformation at Piab Group.
Role description
Provide end‑to‑end project leadership for Dynamics 365 F\&O and Power BI initiatives, including new implementations, roll outs, upgrades, and major enhancements.
Project \& Stakeholder Management:Lead full project life cycle for Dynamics 365 F\&O and Power BI initiatives, from initiation and requirements gathering to go‑live,stabilization and support.
Define scope, road map, timelines,success criteria and resource plans, managing risks, issues, and dependencies across business and IT.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and risk/issue logs.
Act as primary contact between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external partners/Microsoft.
Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, prioritize features, and agree on acceptance criteria.
Manage budgets and financials for ERP and BI projects, including forecasting, tracking of actuals, and reporting variances.
* Solution Delivery – Dynamics 365 F\&O
Oversee functional and technical design for key D365 F\&O areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Inventory) in collaboration with functional consultants and solution architects.
Coordinate configuration, customizations, and integrations, ensuring solutions follow best practices, are scalable, and maintainable.
Plan and oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and trial loads in cooperation with data owners and technical teams.
Lead testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing,ensuring defects are logged, prioritized, and resolved.
Drive cut over planning and go‑live execution, coordinating all activities, communications, and support to minimize business disruption.
Report project status to sponsors, direct reporting manager, including budget tracking and progress updates.
+ Analytics \& Reporting – Power BI
+ Ensure reporting and analytics needs are embedded in project scope, covering operational and management reporting as well as KPIs.
+ Coordinate design and delivery of Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards, working with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders.
+ Promote consistent definitions of KPIs and metrics,establishing governance for master data and reporting standards.
+ Support self‑service analytics adoption, enabling business users to leverage Power BI while maintaining control and security.
Change Management, Adoption \& Support Transition
Poses relevant bachelor’s or master’sDegree.
6\-10 years of leading Dynamics F\&O ERP Implementation and Power BI initiatives
Required Skills \& Experience
Proven experience managing ERP projects, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (or AX) implementations or major enhancements.
Experience of Power BI projects(data models, dashboards, KPIs) and how they integrate with D365 F\&O or other data sources.
Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
Solid knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes, able to challenge and refine requirements with the business.
Experience working in international environments and assignments are necessary. Have experience working with Europe, US, Asia implementations (Global implementation)
Experience working with tools like Jira/HP ALM/Service Now,SharePoint is required.
Relevant Microsoftor PMP/Prince2 certifications in project management or Dynamics 365/Power BI.
