· Administer, configure, and maintain ERP and CRM platforms (Paramantra/Sell.do/Salesforce).
· Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
· Manage user roles, permissions, and access control across systems.
· Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
· Provide day\-to\-day technical support and troubleshooting for ERP/CRM users.
· Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to improve system utilization.
· Perform data imports, exports, and migrations between systems.
· Generate and analyze reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
· Train team members on ERP/CRM tools and best practices.
· Identify process gaps and recommend automation or system enhancements.
· Coordinate with external vendors or developers for system upgrades or integrations.
· Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role.
· Hands\-on experience with ERP/CRM tools such as Paramantra, Sell.do, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
· Strong understanding of CRM processes (lead management, sales pipelines, customer lifecycle).
· Good understanding of data management and database concepts.
· Excellent communication and user\-support skills.
· Strong knowledge in Excel.
