EUC iMac & Jamf Admin

• **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform **IMAC activities** for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

+ Deploy, configure, and manage **MacBooks/iOS devices using JAMF**

+ Provide **L2 EUC support** for hardware, OS, and standard applications

+ Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic network\-related issues

+ Handle onboarding/offboarding IT setup for users

+ Ensure asset tagging, documentation, and inventory updates

+ Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams when required

+ Adhere to IT policies, security standards, and SLAs
