Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and DC EV charging stations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and electrical faults.
Attend service calls and breakdowns within assigned timelines.
Replace defective components and spares such as contactors, relays, connectors, cables, communication modules, SMPS units, and other charger parts.
Monitor charger performance and identify potential issues before failures occur.
Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, inspection records, and spare inventory records.
Coordinate with the operations team for issue escalation and resolution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Assist in charger commissioning, testing, and recommissioning activities.
Support remote troubleshooting using charger management systems and OCPP platforms.
Ensure adherence to company safety procedures and documentation requirements.
Prepare periodic maintenance and uptime reports.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, EV charging infrastructure, power electronics, or industrial equipment servicing.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of AC/DC charging systems and EV charging standards is preferred.
Familiarity with networking concepts, communication protocols, and OCPP is an advantage.
Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and network diagnostic tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
