Responsibilities

The EV Charging Station Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development for EV charging infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new customers through strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, commercial establishments, fleet operators, fuel stations, real estate developers, retail chains, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and other businesses interested in setting up EV charging stations. The incumbent will coordinate with banking partners to facilitate financing options for customers and manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project commissioning.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • *Sales \&Business Development**

● Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging station installations. Generate leads through banks, NBFCs, channel partners, corporate clients, and direct customer engagement.

● Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Conduct

● customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.

● Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers. Close sales opportunities and ensure timely project execution.

  • *Banking \& Financial Institution Coordination**

● Develop strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.

● Coordinate financing options for customers purchasing EV charging stations.

● Conduct joint promotional activities with banking partners.

● Ensure smooth documentation and loan processing support.

  • *Client Relationship Management**

● Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key clients.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable charging solutions.

● Provide end\-to\-end customer support throughout the sales process.

● Resolve customer concerns in coordination with technical and operations teams.

  • *Project Coordination**

● Coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, and installation teams.

● Monitor project timelines until successful commissioning. Ensure documentation, approvals, and

● compliance requirements are completed.

● Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress.

  • *Market Development**

● Identify new market segments for EV charging infrastructure.

● Analyze competitor activities and market trends. Recommend new business strategies to increase market share. Participate in exhibitions, EV expos, seminars, and networking events.

  • *Reporting \& MIS**

● Maintain CRM with accurate customer information.

● Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts. Track sales performance against targets. Submit management reports and market intelligence.

  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

● Monthly sales revenue achievement.

● Number of EV charging stations sold.

● New customer acquisition.

● Bank partnership development.

● Lead\-to\-order conversion ratio.

● Sales pipeline value.

  • *EDUCATION \& QUALIFICATIONS**

● Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.

  • *Required Skills**

● Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

● Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

● Knowledge of financing models and commercial agreements.

● Strong presentation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,881\.81 \- ₹39,766\.78 per month
