Job Description
- *ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
· **Channel Development \& Relationship Management:** Build and nurture strong relationships with MEP consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and Architects. Ensure product specification and approvals for Deur Water and Rudhra Solar solutions in upcoming projects. Act as the primary point of contact for all consultant\-driven opportunities in the region.
· **Business Development \& Sales:** Identify and track upcoming projects through consultant networks. Drive early\-stage engagement to ensure inclusion in tender specifications. Achieve regional sales targets for both water treatment and renewable energy solutions. Develop a strong pipeline of high\-value projects across sectors.
· **Technical \& Solution Selling:** Work closely with internal technical teams to present customized solutions. Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for consultants and stakeholders. Position Deur Water and Rudhra Solar as preferred solution providers.
· **Market Expansion:** Identify new geographies, sectors, and consultant networks for business growth. Map key influencers and decision\-makers in the ecosystem.
· **Team Leadership:** Build and manage a regional sales team. Drive performance, mentoring, and target achievement.
· **Coordination \& Execution:** Coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams for smooth project conversion. Ensure timely follow\-ups from specification to order closure.
- *EDUCATION \& QUALIFICATIONS**
● Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) is preferred.
- *REQUIRED SKILLS (explicitly call out** ***must\-have*** **and** ***nice\-to\-have*** **skills expectations)**
- *Must\-have Skills:**
· 8 \- 15 years of experience in B2B / project sales (preferably in water treatment, solar, HVAC, or infrastructure solutions).
· Strong existing network with MEP consultants, PMCs, and Architects.
· Proven track record in specification\-driven sales.
· Good understanding of tendering processes and project lifecycle.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- *Nice\-to\-have Skills:**
· Experience in Water Treatment / Solar / EPC / Building Services.
· Exposure to infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, or commercial projects.
- *IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE \& PREFERENCES**
· A dynamic and result\-driven leader reporting directly to the Founder / CEO.
· **Key Success Metrics:** Number of specifications secured with consultants, project pipeline value and conversion rate, revenue achievement vs targets, and expansion of the consultant network.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
