Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions (IMBS) is hiring an experienced EV \- RCM Specialist for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Eligibility Verification, insurance benefits review, and patient coverage validation within the US medical billing domain.The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in verifying patient insurance details, understanding payer guidelines, and ensuring accurate eligibility status to support smooth claim processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform **Eligibility Verification (EV)** for patients in the US healthcare process
• Verify active insurance coverage, policy status, copay, deductible, coinsurance, and out\-of\-pocket details
• Review payer portals and contact insurance companies when required
• Ensure accurate documentation of eligibility and benefits in the system
• Identify coverage limitations, authorization requirements, and policy restrictions
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim readiness and billing accuracy
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per process requirements

• *Requirements:**

• **Minimum 3\+ years of experience** in **Eligibility Verification (EV)** within **RCM / US Healthcare**
• Strong understanding of **insurance verification**, benefits, and payer guidelines
• Experience working with **US insurance portals** and voice/non\-voice EV processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
