Job Description – Exhibition Head (EBO)

Role Purpose
The Exhibition Head – EBO will lead planning and execution of jewellery exhibitions across
Exclusive Brand Outlets to drive sales, generate customer leads, improve local market visibility, and
support franchise business growth. The role will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end exhibition
operations, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing revenue generation, and strengthening
presence across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Exhibition Strategy \& Planning
Develop annual exhibition calendar aligned with retail and business expansion strategy.
Plan store\-led exhibitions, city activations, bridal exhibitions, festive events, and local marketing
events for EBOs.
Identify high\-potential cities and catchment areas to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with franchise partners and regional teams for execution.
2\. Sales \& Business Delivery
Drive exhibition sales across EBO network and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Increase store walk\-ins, conversions, and average bill value through event\-led initiatives.
Support new store launches with launch exhibitions and customer engagement campaigns.
Track sales generated through each exhibition and measure effectiveness.
3\. Franchise \& EBO Coordination
Work closely with franchise owners and store managers for planning local exhibitions.
Support franchise partners with budgeting, promotions, inventory planning, staffing, and
customer engagement activities.
Ensure consistent brand presentation across exhibitions.
4\. Inventory \& Visual Merchandising
Coordinate with merchandising team for exhibition stock planning based on market demand.
Ensure availability of bridal, lightweight, diamond, and fast\-moving collections.
Maintain premium product display and VM standards as per brand guidelines.
Ensure stock movement and reconciliation post\-event.
5\. Marketing \& Local Promotion
Partner with marketing team for local promotion campaigns including:
o WhatsApp campaigns
o SMS campaigns
o Print ads
o Hoardings
o Digital \& social media promotion
o Influencer / local partnerships
Plan VIP previews, customer meets, and loyalty engagement events to increase repeat business.
6\. Team Handling \& Execution
Lead exhibition execution teams across regions.
Coordinate with store staff, promoters, vendors, fabrication teams, logistics, and security teams.
Train store teams on sales conversion, product storytelling, and customer service during
exhibitions.
Ensure smooth on\-ground execution within timelines.
7\. Reporting \& Analysis
o Sales vs target
o Footfall
o Conversion %
o Average transaction value
o Category\-wise sales
o Customer acquisition
o ROI on exhibition spends
Share post\-event analysis and action plan for future improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong exposure to jewellery retail exhibitions / retail events / EBO activation
Experience working with franchise stores or multi\-location retail network
Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior in jewellery retail
Good network with event vendors/agencies across markets
Strong leadership, coordination, and execution ability\-\-
Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
