The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events at the resort, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. The role ensures seamless coordination between clients and internal teams to deliver high\-quality guest experiences and maximize revenue.
- *1\. Event Planning \& Coordination**
- Plan and execute events such as weddings, conferences, parties, and destination functions.
- Understand client requirements, themes, budgets, and expectations.
- Prepare event timelines, layouts, and execution plans.
- *2\. Client Handling \& Sales Support**
- Meet prospective clients and present resort event offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Upsell event packages, décor, catering, and additional services.
- *3\. Vendor \& Team Management**
- Coordinate with vendors (decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers).
- Liaise with internal departments (F\&B, housekeeping, front office).
- Ensure all arrangements are in place before event execution.
- *4\. On\-Site Event Execution**
- Supervise event setup, flow, and breakdown.
- Handle last\-minute changes and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure smooth guest experience throughout the event.
- *5\. Budgeting \& Cost Control**
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Negotiate rates with vendors.
- *6\. Marketing \& Business Development**
- Promote resort event services through social media and networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns.
- Build relationships with event planners and corporate clients.

- Experience handling weddings and corporate events is a strong advantage.
