Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to support our clients and internal teams with administrative, operational, and back\-office tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • *Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support**
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • *Client Coordination**
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain professional client relationships.
  • *Back Office Operations**
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Document preparation and record keeping.
  • CRM updates and maintenance.
  • Process tracking and reporting.
  • *Communication \& Coordination**
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate between executives, clients, and team members.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports.
