Credo IT Solutions develops and sells SaaS software products including Workflow Management Software (FMS Tracker), Architecture \& Project Management Software (Arch Flow), Clinic Management Software (Clinic Flow), CRM Systems, HRMS, WhatsApp Automation Solutions, and other business automation products.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can support the Founder in daily operations, coordination, scheduling, follow\-ups, reporting, administration, and business management activities.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistance**
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track action items and ensure timely follow\-up with team members.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel reservations, and meeting arrangements when required.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and internal teams.
- *Task \& Follow\-up Management**
- Monitor ongoing projects and tasks.
- Follow up with employees, vendors, clients, and consultants regarding pending activities.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly action trackers.
- Ensure deadlines are met across departments.
- Escalate delays and pending issues to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain dashboards and business performance reports.
- Compile sales, marketing, onboarding, and project updates.
- Analyze and present key business metrics to management.
- Handle office administration activities.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain company records, agreements, and documentation.
- Coordinate utility payments, subscriptions, and office requirements.
- Support HR and recruitment activities when required.
- *Sales \& Customer Coordination**
- Coordinate demo scheduling and client meetings.
- Track sales pipeline updates from the BDM team.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending responses.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination.
- *Vendor \& Partner Coordination**
- Coordinate with channel partners, consultants, freelancers, and vendors.
- Maintain records of agreements, commissions, and deliverables.
- Follow up on pending submissions and payments.
- Excellent communication skills (English \& Hindi).
- Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior management.
- Professional email drafting and documentation skills.

- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.

- 1\-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, MIS Executive, or Coordinator.
- Freshers with exceptional organizational and communication skills may also apply.
