About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized **Executive Assistant to the Director** who can manage executive\-level coordination, streamline daily operations, and ensure smooth communication and follow\-ups.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
• Track important tasks, deadlines, and pending follow\-ups.
• Assist the Director with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and calendar management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow\-up skills.
• Professional attitude, discretion, confidence, and attention to detail.
