This is a **high\-impact Founder’s Office role** for an experienced professional who wants to help **build, structure, and scale multiple businesses** directly with **Dr. Honey Makhija**.

You will work alongside the founder to build systems, appoint leadership teams, establish governance structures, help create boards, recruit business heads, and drive execution across multiple ventures.

This role is designed for someone who wants to operate as a **builder, operator, and scale partner** — not just an assistant.

If your goal is a routine executive assistant role involving calendars and travel management, **this role is not for you**.

What You Will Be Responsible For1\. Process \& Systems Building

• Build SOPs and scalable systems across businesses.
• Create reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, and accountability systems.
• Bring operational discipline and reduce founder dependency.
• Design execution frameworks to support business scale.

2\. Organizational Structure \& Board Formation

• Help professionalize group companies.
• Assist in formation of advisory boards and governance mechanisms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and execution reviews.

3\. Leadership Hiring \& Business Heads Appointment

• Help identify and appoint **Heads of Businesses**.
• Design hiring scorecards and leadership evaluation frameworks.
• Assist in building a strong second line of leadership.
• Ensure execution accountability from leadership teams.

4\. Strategic Execution \& Business Scaling

• Convert founder vision into executable action plans.
• Independently drive strategic projects.
• Track growth, execution timelines, and key priorities.
• Solve complex operational and organizational bottlenecks.

5\. Founder’s Office Management

• Work directly with **Dr. Honey Makhija**, who operates from **Katni 6 days a week**.
• Ensure founder priorities move at speed.
• Coordinate across multiple businesses and stakeholders.
• Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation StructureFixed Compensation

• *₹10,00,000 per annum (Fixed CTC)**

Variable Compensation
