We are hiring a **growth\-focused Social Media Manager** who can build powerful brands, generate leads, create authority, and help scale multiple businesses.

This role is for someone who wants to build something meaningful and grow fast.

• *Candidates from Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur and other growth\-focused cities are encouraged to apply.**
• *However, this is an ON\-SITE role in Katni (Madhya Pradesh). Relocation is mandatory.**

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn \& YouTube presence
• Build brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth
• Execute content strategies to increase reach and influence

Content Creation

• Create reels, posts, graphics, and compelling captions
• Shoot and edit short\-form content
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars

Brand Building

• Help build founder and company authority online
• Manage brand positioning and storytelling
• Support campaigns for hiring, business growth, and sales

Performance \& Analytics

• Track social media performance and engagement
• Suggest growth strategies based on analytics
• Stay updated with latest trends and viral formats

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who

✔ Understands Instagram, reels, branding, and audience growth

✔ Has strong content creation and editing skills

✔ Thinks creatively and executes professionally

✔ Is willing to relocate to **Katni (MP)** and work on\-site

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years in social media management/content creation
• Experience handling business or personal branding accounts preferred
• Good understanding of editing tools, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
