1\. Act as the primary point of coordination between the Managing Director and all departments.
2\. Drive execution of key business decisions and strategic initiatives directed by the Managing Director.
3\. Monitor day\-to\-day operations across departments and ensure smooth workflow, accountability, and operational efficiency.
4\. Coordinate with Creative, Client Servicing, Digital Marketing, Accounts, HR, Business Development, and Operations teams.
5\. Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics across departments.
6\. Prepare business reports, management summaries, presentations, and MIS reports for the Managing Director.
7\. Attend management meetings, document action points, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
8\. Represent the Managing Director in internal discussions, client meetings, and operational reviews whenever required.
9\. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Chennai operations and corporate management.
10\. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
11\. Assist the Managing Director in strategic planning, business expansion initiatives, and revenue growth opportunities.
12\. Coordinate business reviews and monitor progress against organizational goals and targets.
13\. Maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively address their concerns and business requirements, and ensure timely resolution of issues through effective coordination with internal teams to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
14\. Work closely with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for business growth and client acquisition.
15\. Ensure high standards of client service delivery and project execution across teams.
16\. Monitor resource allocation, team productivity, and operational effectiveness.
17\. Ensure compliance with company policies, management directives, and organizational procedures.
18\. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management review.
19\. Coordinate recruitment requirements, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning in consultation with HR.
20\. Organize leadership meetings, review sessions, training programs, and management events.
21\. Maintain confidentiality of strategic business information, management discussions, and company records.
22\. Provide decision\-support inputs through research, analysis, market intelligence, and business insights.
23\. Ensure effective follow\-up and implementation of all directives issued by the Managing Director.
24\. Act as the Managing Director's representative in ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across Chennai operations.
25\. Be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in the smooth and efficient functioning of the Chennai branch and achievement of organizational objectives.
