• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Technical Assistant to the Managing Director to support business operations, project coordination, management reporting, and strategic initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between the MD and various departments including Production, Projects, Sales, Design, Quality, Purchase, and Finance to ensure timely execution of key business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate with various departments for timely closure of action items and follow\-ups assigned by the MD.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, management dashboards, project status reports, and business performance reports.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, order booking reports, collection reports, and market analysis reports.
• Track production schedules, project progress, dispatch status, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor key business KPIs and provide periodic updates to the MD.
• Participate in review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and action trackers.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams for smooth execution of business priorities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
• Assist the MD in strategic planning, business reviews, and decision\-making processes.
• Prepare presentations, business proposals, and management review documents.
• Ensure timely follow\-up with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and consultants.
• Support process improvement initiatives and monitor implementation status.
