Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic finance professionals with exposure or interest in corporate funding, private equity, structured debt, debentures, and debt syndication activities. The role involves client acquisition, financial analysis, borrower interaction, investor coordination, and execution support for fund\-raising transactions of SME and mid\-market clients.
The candidate should possess strong accounting and finance fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and willingness to meet clients and travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
\* Identify and connect with prospective borrowers and business clients requiring funding support.

\* Understand client business models and funding requirements.
\* Analyze financial statements, CMA data, projections, and business performance.
\* Coordinate with investors, NBFCs, banks, debt funds, and financial institutions.
\* Prepare presentations, financial summaries, teasers, and transaction\-related documents.
\* Support end\-to\-end execution of fund\-raising assignments.
\* Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial stakeholders.
\* Conduct market research and identify new funding opportunities.
\* Travel for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
\* MBA Finance / PGDM Finance preferred.
\* CA Inter / CFA Level candidates may also apply.

\* Freshers with strong finance knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
