About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Executive – E\-commerce to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, order processing, promotions, and customer experience across multiple e\-commerce platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace \& Website Management
- Manage product listings across marketplaces and the brand website.
- Create, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
- Ensure product catalogs are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor platform compliance and maintain seller account health.
Sales \& Performance Management
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Monitor product rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
Order \& Inventory Management
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock\-outs or overselling.
- Manage returns, cancellations, and replacements efficiently.
Customer Experience
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Reporting \& Analytics
- Generate periodic sales and performance reports.
- Analyze marketplace data and website analytics.
- Provide insights on product performance and growth opportunities.
Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, warehouse, and design teams.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E\-commerce, Online Sales, Marketplace Management, or Digital Retail.
- Experience handling platforms such as:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Ajio
- Brand website operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of online merchandising and inventory management.
- Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, apparel, jewelry, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools.
- Familiarity with website platforms and analytics tools.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹3\.0 – ₹5\.5 LPA (depending on experience and skills).
