This role manages day-to-day accounting operations, including financial transaction processing, preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Strong expertise in internal audits, compliance monitoring, and robust internal control processes is mandatory. The candidate must exhibit excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and the ability to ensure absolute accuracy, transparency, and adherence to financial policies within a hospital environment. Supporting financial planning activities and maintaining fiscal integrity through meticulous record-keeping and reporting are core responsibilities.
