Based in Kolkata, this Executive role in Finance & Accounts will initially report to a Director during the critical first three-month phase of establishing a new Indian company with foreign shareholders and directors. The paramount responsibility is to oversee the company incorporation process under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. This involves searching for and selecting a suitable Company Secretarial firm and accounting service provider in Kolkata, then coordinating with them to secure name approval, draft the object clause, obtain DIN & DSC for directors, and manage all requisite documentation and form filings. You will act as the key liaison between the foreign principals and local regulatory experts to ensure seamless and compliant setup.
